Thank you for your interest in The Record and/or Guelph Mercury Community Relations program. In order for us to consider your request we require that you fill out this on-line form completely.

Notes:

• Please be certain to click the SUBMIT button when you have finished completing the form.
• Please remember to include all details about your event including the benefits to the newspaper. There are drop-down boxes so you can tell us what you'd like from the paper ie in-kind advertising, prizing, etc. All information will be treated confidentially.
• Applications to the program will take up to 6 weeks to process.
• Before submitting online, you may print a blank version of this Request for Sponsorship Form by clicking on Printable Form at top right. Please note we only accept applications submitted online.
